The Asian Council of Science Editors (ACSE) has recently launched a new global initiative: the Scholarly Publishing Industry Calendar, aimed at keeping the academic publishing community informed and connected.
The calendar serves as a centralized platform listing major annual conferences, forums, book fairs, and other important events in scholarly publishing. Users can easily browse the schedule to plan for participation, presentations, networking, and staying current with industry trends.
“With this calendar, we want to support timely awareness and encourage engagement across regions, disciplines, and publishing roles,” said a representative from ACSE.

ACSE invites publishers, societies, academic institutions, and event organizers worldwide to submit their upcoming events for inclusion. Listed events will be promoted to an international audience, helping organizers increase visibility and attract more participants.
